Don't have a gui, but. . .

This is what I get then I do route:

Kernel IP routing table
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric Ref    Use Iface
192.168.100.0   *               255.255.255.0   U     0      0        0 eth0
10.40.12.0      *               255.255.252.0   U     0      0        0 eth1
169.254.0.0     *               255.255.0.0     U     0      0        0 eth1
default         10.40.12.5      0.0.0.0         UG    0      0        0 eth1

Looks like it should work, right?

Doug,

Add a static route via the system-config-network gui.
Select eth1,>Edit,then 'route' tab,,>ADD,
---------------------------------------------------
Address 10.40.1.0
Subnet  255.255.255.0
Gateway <k12ltspserveripaddress> # of eth1 nic
---------------------------------------------------
Then,,,
'service network restart'

This can be done on top of your natting config.
If you do not have netbios_conntrack module loaded via iptables you will
have to load this. I believe in FC3 this is setup by default?This
required for say winders boxes to work seamlessly.
