[K12OSN] Can't get the TIMEZONE= in lts.conf working

I've tried to set TIMEZONE=GMT+0100 or ETC Europe/Oslo or GMT+01 or GMT+1 og GMT+01:00
in lts.conf - but nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong?
