Nope, I'm talking about KDE 4.2+  KDE has improved enormously from the
atrocious 4.0 release.  It's still not perfect, but I have been using it
as my only desktop for months and it is plenty usable.

Again, I am not saying it should be the default desktop, just that it
should be there.

Now that I think of it there is no good reason not to add XFCE to the
list also.  Choice is good.
