[K12OSN] keyboard on console shell

Bonjour,

I would like to enable a French keyboard on SCREEN_02=shell; by default
the keyboard is English and it is not very easy to remember all key
positions of a QWERTY keyboard when yours is AZERTY

For instance, if I want to type

rpm -qa | grep awk

I have to type:

rp, -aq µ grep qzk
