Just a thought...

Kino, Kdenlive, Ardourd2, Rosegarden, Hydrogen... are there really so bad?

Here is one example about Studio, 12 fast and powerful audio/video PC workstations.

Sorry for my language...

1) Free programs
2) Free formats
3) Pupils can install and continue using these programs freely at the home

That video (not Full HD Quicktime, but hey...) was made just with Kino - if pupils has something to say (ideas), there are free tools to do that at the school or at the home...

Best Regards Asmo Koskinen.
