[K12OSN] FS-Cache support

I noticed a little gem for FS-Cache in the bootup for F12 thin-clients
(and probably for the server too).   This would seem definitely handy on
the server end, and possibly on the clients (if they had enough ram for
caching the files).  Just $.02

 

Thanks for the hard work on F12!  It feels good.
