[K12OSN] Fresh install of F12 and problems with NBD

I tried updating my chroot and then updating my image and suddenly  
the client doesn't work.
So something must have changed in the ltsp chroot the prevents the  
nbd image from producing a working image. Can we tell the ltsp-build- 
client to use a local repository (like from CD) instead of fetching  
from the net?
