[K12OSN] Upgrading from LTSP Fedora?

For me, everything isn't working fine. The logins are very slow in
particular.

I'm on fedora9 which is now long since unsupported. I'd like to get to
fedora13 with the latest LTSP fixes. And to be able to get the kids
using chrome for the web browser.

Luis.
