[K12OSN] Install packages from full Fedora 10

The software installer should go and get these for you automatically  
from the software repository (assuming you have a network  
connection). Yum is the software updating/installation tool. It can  
be run from the terminal as long as you have root(administrator)  
privileges. The software updater and installer GUI tools are  
frontends for Yum and the RPM packages it uses to install the  
software. I don't know where you got the RAR files from.
The bolded instructions on the page describe the terminal commands to  
use. You will probably need to log as another user, open terminal and  
enter "su", followed by the root password. Then you can run those YUM  
commands.
