[K12OSN] Fl_TeacherTool snapshots patch for 64 bit OS

I just discovered vncsnapshot needs a patch to work in 64bit OS

from my install docs
you need vncsnapshot 1.2a source tarball from sourceforge
http://sourceforge.net/projects/vncsnapshot/files/vncsnapshot/1.2a/vncsnapshot-1.2a-src.tar.gz/download

Apply this patch

untar the download
cd to vncsnapshot source dir
then
patch < thepatchfile

then re-compile it with make and just cp the vncsnapshot binary to /usr/bin
