[K12OSN] Problems after LTSP update: No local USB, LocalApps can no longer save to profile

   Greetings,

I recently updated my ltsp image (which was working well) and i have now
lost local devices. I checked in lts.conf to see if the update had
messed with my config, but everything there appears to be the same (both
in /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/lts.conf and
/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf). Does anyone have any idea what has
changed? How can I fix this?

Also, it appears that local apps (I have firefox and OpenOffice running
local, or I DID) can no longer save to profiles /home/username/ (now
this is outside the chroot directory). Before I could run the local
apps (chrooted) and save to /home/username (outside chroot). I was
originally a little confused by that behaviour, but I got used it. Now
that its gone, I am at a loss. I understand why the local app might not
write/read the non-chroot directory, but the change has changed and
created some logistical challenges. How can I fix this?

~Thanks for the help!
