[K12OSN] ltsp on MIPS and ARM architecture

I'm not familiar with any MIPS or ARM compiles of the LTSP client code.  
However, it has been done for SPARC and PPC, so it should certainly be 
possible.

Another idea:  in response to ARM chips, have you considered the modern 
low-power x86's?  Via, AMD, and Intel all make them nowadays.  They're 
not quite $50, but they're not horrendously expensive, either.  Would 
this be an option for your situation?
