I am not sure if what you pasted in your reply is the complete readout
of export? There are a few lines that are missing that *has* to be in
here for a correct logon session.
Missing are;

Have a look again and see if these are appearing?
I see you are running 64-bit.Wondering if somehow the update process
hoses maybe like the C++ libs and causes this?...
