Mathieu,
try the following on a client.
1. Plug a usb stick, into the client usb port.
2. On client in a terminal run 'mount'.
3. See if at the bottom of all the drives mounted you seem something
similar to the following line.
4. fuse on /home/username/Drives/Removable_Device_62_Mb type fuse
(rw,nosuid,nodev,user=username)
I am guessing you will NOT see this. If you do not, it would appear that
something in the upgrade process knocked out the fuse libs on your
64-bit system. This will narrow things down a bit but to find the root
cause is going to be tuff without lots of rifleing through rpm's.
