cd /opt/ltsp/i386
setarch i386 chroot .
yum install kernel
yum remove kernel-thinclient
ltsp-rewrap-latest-kernel
exit
ltsp-update-kernels

I think this will switch your EL6 chroot from the custom PAE-disabled 
kernel to the EL6 standard PAE kernel.
