[K12OSN] EL6 32bit kernel-thinclient config

The only possible concern I might have is if LTSP5 supports IPv6, and if
that's a foreseeable deployment in the next 6 years (remaining life of
CentOS 6). The reason for this is that some folks, like me, have done
K12LTSP deployments with the thin clients on the school's main LAN for
both technical and political reasons. I know of at least one school
which has LAN segments that are IPv6.

Perhaps this isn't a problem in the real world, since I personally don't
see even that school turning off IPv4 support for at least 10 years.

Thoughts, anyone?
