[K12OSN] TC K12LTSP NComputing

I got one of these too and played around with it a bit. They seem to be pretty dependent on a Windows server and their service running on that server. In that environment, they work great. Simple to set up, very responsive; audio and video work well.
Didn't see an easy way to use with K12LINUX. Spoke with a rep about Linux and he indicated that they are working on it, and Ubuntu was the current target. It's sitting on a counter with my other back-burner projects. If they can get it to work in Linux as well as it does in Windows, it might be a good light-weight option for TC.
