[K12OSN] TC K12LTSP NComputing

I too investigated these over a year ago when they first hit the market.
I experienced the same issues mentioned, they work well in a windows
environment but their Linux (Ubuntu) support was not ready. They told
me likewise that they were working on updating their Ubuntu software,
that was over a year ago. I promptly returned mine and demanded a
refund due to their lie that it supported Linux. This is not too
unusual for the "ME TOO" vendors out there that claim their products
support Linux.

I got one of these too and played around with it a bit. They seem to be pretty dependent on a Windows server and their service running on that server. In that environment, they work great. Simple to set up, very responsive; audio and video work well.

Didn't see an easy way to use with K12LINUX. Spoke with a rep about Linux and he indicated that they are working on it, and Ubuntu was the current target. It's sitting on a counter with my other back-burner projects. If they can get it to work in Linux as well as it does in Windows, it might be a good light-weight option for TC.
