[K12OSN] Found a $200 thin client

This seems to have enough horsepower to be full desktop for most K12 needs
but as a TC it can certainly handle running some local apps like firefox
and tux math. At $195 it looks like a great new device. Add in that it
fanless and designed for commercial use as digital signage, it should
survive a school environment.
