[katello-devel] Upgrade to Pulp CR14 and Candlepin 0.4.5

Hello,

I just checked this works now. I also increased version check for 
Candlepin to the %SUBJ% version.

Make sure the pulp v206 is in 2nd epoch after upgrade:

$ rpm -q pulp
pulp-0.0.206-2.fc15.noarch

Mike, any chance of getting version number into the pulp status service 
call? We have a low-prio BZ on that. Would improve things in Katello :-)
