[katello-devel] tracking of progress of pulp sync jobs

I committed the changes that allow for tracking of progress of pulp sync 
jobs. There's no longer Glue::Pulp::SyncStatus class, instead there's 
PulpSyncStatus::PulpSyncProgress, which is the equivalent (minus fields 
that are now in PulpSyncStatus class itself). You can get to sync 
progress details by retrieving the corresponding task (using task uuid) 
and calling PulpSyncStatus#progress method.

You will need to run migrations after you pull the latest changes from 
master.
