[katello-devel] SASS/JS Refactor

As part of the current UI sprint, a  major refactor was done to the SCSS 
and Javascript.  There are a number of pages found at:

that describe the changes and how to use them. Also there is a 
previously sent out Elluminate session that takes a deep dive through 
all the changes:

The biggest area of impact are the changes to the SCSS file layouts and where to place custom or per page CSS.
