In the UI today, it is correct that the provider type may be of Custom 
or Red Hat.

For a custom provider, when a product is created, there is also a type 
that may be selected for the individual product.  Today, the options are 
File and Yum.  That said, these were placeholders and are not currently 
used by the implementation.
