Based of this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=692643, I made Organization.create! require an :initial_environment_name field. I have updated the seed scripts and the unit tests, but if you had scripts creating orgs you might need to update them to include :initial_environment_name Partha
