[katello-devel] Grouping subscriptions

Attached is a screenshot of grouping subscriptions by stacking_id. As in subscription-manager-gui, the name of the group will be the product name of the first one in the group. (The attached screenshot does not have this, but you get the general feel.)

In this version I've also included the names of the provided products as a second level of expansion. (This info is necessary in the system subscriptions so it seems sensible to include it here as well.)

Suggestions for the layout and/or what info to include?
