[katello-devel] couldn't filter out the packages from product when promoting to next env

Hi All,

I was working on package filters. Currently I can create the filters and 
add the packages. But when I promote the product to next env, the 
complete product is getting promoted to next env without 
blacklisting(filtering) the selected packages.

I tried this from cli as well as UI on latest Katello build. But still 
its not working. Also couple of days back, I logged a bz for this.

Please let me know if this feature is ready for testing or I'm doing 
something wrong here.
