Is it correct to say that thumbslug is for scenarios where a user wants to manage their own entitlements (internally) but does not want to host their own content (internally)? In many of the use cases I am familiar with, when the "system" could not access the "CDN" it's because the network is disconnected. This would mean that something like Thumbslug would not be permitted either (no access to external networks). In this scenario, won't candlepin simply maintain what is accessible and pulp provide access to the content? Just looking to make sure I understand the use case.
