[katello-devel] Getting Package does not match intended download

Okay it turns out I left my squid proxy setting on that box. Was sure it
is disabled.

I configured my squid to be aggressive. Do not use that and if you go
for squid, left it on defaults. (e.g. do NOT ignore no-cache :-)
