[katello-devel] nightly builds from github instead of fedorahosted

It's my understanding that the nightly builds are currently from fedorahosted and not github (and thus not really nightly builds with the latest changes). This is because github is still in the "let's try it out" stage.

I'd like to vote that we go fully to github and commit to the switch. Are there any objections?
