The only one I know of is the Systems page, although your subscriptions 
tupane page might, you'd know the answer to that.

I think 25 is too few for most places such as content search and 
promotions.  We could ignore the page size for those places (since they 
are very different than tupane) and just use a larger fixed number if we 
wanted too.
