[katello-devel] CLI docs

Hi team,
I created basic sphinx documentation for our python cli codebase. It is 
available here:
http://tstrachota.fedorapeople.org/katello_cli_docs/

Big portion of the docs is autogenerated from docstrings. It is much 
easier to update a docstring when you modify something in the code then 
keep on mind that you have to change also the wiki.

Feel free to add mroe stuff there.
