[katello-devel] Installing katello-headpin-all fails with /etc/katello/client.conf conflicts

Heads up, it seems as though three packages are providing the same file when in fact only the common package should.  Trying to do a yum install katello-headpin-all results in the following error:

Further investigation using yum whatprovides reveals the following:

Because katello-cli-common is required by both katello-cli-headpin and katello-cli it seems that client.conf should only be provided by katello-cli-common.

I have opened https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=850935 for this.
