[katello-devel] Katello testing repos RPMs

Hello,

as we require to user pulp-testing repo until the next CR, I have
created new package:

katello-repos-testing-0....rpm

And there is also a copy with this name:

katello-repos-testing-latest.rpm

If you install this one, testing repositories will be enabled for our
backend engine. Effectively it is pulp only at the moment.

In short - to install Katello with pulp-testing just use this:

http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/katello/katello/fedora-16/x86_64/katello-repos-testing-latest.rpm

instead of

http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/katello/katello/fedora-16/x86_64/katello-repos-testing.rpm

To disable testing repos just uninstall the rpm... but downgrades are
not supported by backend engines I guess.
