[katello-devel] Split routes.rb into UI and API

Ah I forgot about SAM. Okay then, if this is a pain for you, we can live
with it.

@jrist - the issue is when you scroll down you don't know if you are in
the api block or not - I guess the UI team has not problems like that
:-)

comments would not help - after you scroll a screen down it's gone
