[katello-devel] Katello does not install on EL

Hey,

due to pulp require Katello wont install:

Error: Package: pulp-0.0.259-1.el6.noarch (pulp-testing)
  Requires: mod_wsgi >= 3.3-1.pulp.el6

Pulp team will need to distribute this dependency in the repo or
something.
