[katello-devel] icon to represent "virtual guest" subscription

[Tom McKay]

UX decided that icons and colors would not work so they'll be removed shortly. If there's room, I will try to include text indicating the subscription type in the left list. Users can use the search filters to limit what is shown, should they desire that.
