[brad] This effort is just one of the design spikes that was created.  
One of the intents was to understand the effort and feasibility of 
applying the Katello L&F to Foreman.  It does not imply a decision to 
introduce a third webapp to the overall solution.  That said, it is good 
to hear folks feedback as it reinforces some of the discussions the team 
has been having.

Another design spike was to perform a similar exercise where the page is 
exposed from Katello UI but using the Foreman APIs.  This approach would 
be more consistent with how Katello interfaces with Candlepin and Pulp.
