[katello-devel] Debug certificates does not work

Strange thing is that it return 403 also with /etc/pulp/repo_auth [main] 
enabled: false

I've noticed this kind of problems after upgrading to Fedora 16.

One thing that worked for me was:

   rm /etc/httpd/conf.d/pulp.conf
   yum reinstall pulp
   service httpd restart

Note: I'm not aware I have changed anything in the pulp.conf recently
