I'm not sure about this. Spacewalk DB can be really big. Text export can 
inflate it several times.

I would much rather operate directly on PostgreSQL db - or export of 
PostgreSQL db.

This will solve all the encoding stuff, will save us disk space, and it 
will be faster.
