[katello-devel] updating candlepin in http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/katello-candlepin/

The F16 and F17 versions of candlepin are being updated from 0.7.8 to 0.7.12. The RHEL version is missing a dependency in koji and will need to wait.

The newer version is now in http://koji.katello.org/releases/yum/katello-candlepin and will (hopefully) make its way to http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/katello-candlepin/ on Monday.
