[katello-devel] Testing migrations

I always just run "rake db:migrate:redo" so that I don't lose all my data.

when you are changing/adding a migration, please test it properly:

rake db:migrate
rake db:migrate VERSION=0
rake db:migrate

Often down methods are not working properly.
