[katello-devel] moving to ruby 1.9.3

Guys,

I think this discussion is out of the track after Jason requested to
develop more "Ruby" way. I already replied several times to that thread
in a sense it is not good idea. But let me put this back on track.

Dmitri has new version of Gemfile that works both with Ruby 1.8 and 1.9
AND it also uses rubygems.org instead of our repo. I am currently
testing it on Fedora and RHEL.

I think we can try to merge this change into the master - this is easy
to revert (one file to be deleted). Therefore I vote for pushing this
into the master for an evaluation period.
