[katello-devel] Katello nightly broken - foreman initialization

Hey,

perhaps due to our Foreman branch merge, nightly does not install. The
db seed step fails with:

503 Service Unavailable
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/foreman_api-0.0.7/lib/foreman_api/resources/user.rb:15:in
`index'
/usr/share/katello/lib/resources/abstract_model.rb:213:in `all'
/usr/share/katello/db/seeds.rb:44

Since I have some BZ duties, please anyone interested investigate :-)
To reproduce just install nightly. Foreman service is not up during the
seed most likely.
