We will need to update the docs at [1] to on how to get the development 
gems into the install. I have noticed that katello configure runs from 
the gems in /usr/share/katello (the rpm install). However, as soon as 
you install redcarpet in your source dir,  it infects the other ruby 
libaries so that subsequent katello-configure runs fails with being 
unable to load redcarpet.
