[katello-devel] Fedora 17 Gemfile.lock

Hi all,

I'm adding Gemfile.lock files into version control so we can ensure we're all using the same gem versions per OS. This should also allow us to code review gem version changes in addition to gems being added. I still need a Gemfile.lock for Fedora 17. I would prefer on that is up to date (i.e. it must be pointing to rubygems.org and it must not contain ruport).
