[katello-devel] Checking in Gemfile.lock files

I'm working on adding the Gemfile.lock for F17. I think I like the Gemfile.xxx.lock pattern too so I'll make that change.

Also, I don't think this should affect the build at all since the Gemfile.lock is only being symlinked into place in development (via devsetup). I could certainly have it symlinked into place during build/install though in which case I would test it out.
