[katello-devel] Fedora 17 Gemfile.lock

The site is also in major need of UI improvements, it's functional but
not pretty.

If any of the UI designers on the projects could help out with this,
it'd be much appreciated. If you just send us mockups, we probably could
implement them when we get the cycles, but patches to the codebase is
always more than welcome as well! (its standard js and css).
