[katello-devel] F16 nightly

Latest test. From a clean install of Fedora 16, I do the following:

1) rpm -Uvh 
http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/nightly/Fedora/16/x86_64/katello-repos-latest.rpm
2) yum install katello-all
3) katello-configure

I get the following error in the db_seed.log file:

** Invoke seed_with_logging (first_time)
** Invoke db:seed (first_time)
** Invoke db:abort_if_pending_migrations (first_time)
** Invoke environment (first_time)
** Execute environment
** Execute db:abort_if_pending_migrations
** Execute db:seed
rake aborted!
