[katello-devel] Travis is GREEN

As of this email, Travis testing is GREEN for 1.8.7 and 1.9.3.  There 
are a few pull requests opened prior to integration which may say 
failed, we don't need to re-open these but keep your eyes out for Travis 
failures that could get introduced after the fact.  Since Travis also 
runs the tests whenever code is merged, if the test suite gets broken by 
a merged PR, Travis will notify.

By and large from this point on, all pull requests should be Green 
before getting into the code base.  There may be exceptions where Travis 
is having issues, or a fix is overly critical.  However, care should be 
taken to right the ship as soon as possible.
