Hey,
for the past four days, I was experiencing problems with our Koji. My
client was timeouting way to often and sometimes it was not possible to
upload a bigger RPM into our Koji at all.
So I made a small research and with some help from guys at #koji
channel, I finally found a workaround.
WARNING: Latest openssl package breaks koji client in Fedora 18.
It is possible if your connection speed is fast enough, you will not
encounter these issues. My uplink apparently sucks.
The workaround - use older version of openssl:
sudo rpm -Uvh --force
"http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/openssl/1.0.1c/7.fc18/x86_64/openssl-1.0.1c-7.fc18.x86_64.rpm"
I have filled very rich bug report and hopefully this gets fixed soon:

This was driving me crazy last couple of days. Also it was literally
blocking me from any Koji work. Now I am back on track.
